Research on the Reform and Innovation of International Student Training Mode-Bases on Textile Engineering Major

With the rapid development of world economy, international student cultivation will be facing new challenges. The article focuses on analyzing the overall development of international education in China and the practical problems and major challenges faced by universities in the process of cultivating and educating international students. And taking the textile engineering major as an example, combined with the current international situation and background, it tries to propose innovative measures and ideas in terms of platform construction, enrollment channels, and professional course construction, practical teaching and other aspects for the reform of international education, in order to provide reference for the training of international students in the future.

Discussion on Teaching Mode and Construction of International Chinese Teaching Academic Environment Under Background of Internet + Intelligent Information

Online Chinese teaching has become main mode of international Chinese teaching. Therefore, new requirements and challenges have been put forward for international Chinese teaching in terms of teaching modes, teaching methods, and teaching platforms. This paper investigates current situation of online Chinese teaching in our college by means of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and observation, and analyzes feasibility of applying task-based teaching method to online Chinese teaching in our college. On this basis, practice of task-based teaching method is presented through specific cases, and teaching effect is evaluated and reflected from two aspects of performance evaluation and feedback evaluation. Four teaching suggestions are put forward. Through this research, we explore application of task-based teaching method to implementation mode of online Chinese teaching and provide teaching cases and practical suggestions for development of international Chinese education under new situation.  

Research on the Integrated Education for Autistic Children

As an inevitable trend in the development of international education, "integrated education" emphasizes the provision of a normal educational environment for children with physical and mental disabilities. Integrated education integrates special education and general education by providing special education and related services in regular classes. Indeed, the core of integrated education is to ensure equity in quality education. This paper adopts the literature reference method. Through searching and reviewing related literature, this paper examines the development and strategies of integrated education for children with autism in the United States, and puts forward suggestions and inspirations in light of the current situation of integrated education for children with autism in China. Finally, the paper concludes that the society need to raise awareness, train professionals, adopt effective strategies, and provide adequate resources and support systems. Only in this way can this society truly realize the equal educational rights and interests of autistic children and reach the core of integrated education.

Regional differences of physical fitness and overweight and obesity prevalence among college students before and after COVID-19 pandemic since the "double first-class" initiative in China.

Physical fitness has been widely recognized as a powerful marker of health in children and adolescents, and it negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, known as the "Double First-Class" Initiative (DFC), is a major commitment made by the Chinese government to adapt to changes in the educational environment, both domestically and internationally, in order to promote the development and practice of international higher education. The aim of the study was to look deep into the regional differences of physical fitness and overweight and obesity prevalence among college students before and after the COVID-19 pandemic since the DFC. The original physical fitness parameters of students from 10 DFC universities and colleges in Central South China were downloaded from the official website of Chinese National Student Physical Fitness Database (CNSPFD) and then divided into 3 groups based on the pandemic periods: pre-pandemic (2019), the first year after pandemic outbreak (2020), and the second year after pandemic outbreak (2021). All the data were stored in Excel 2010, analyzed by SPSS 17.0, and plotted with ArcGIS 10.4. The total "fail" percentage (from 9.19% in 2019 to 12.94% in 2021) and the prevalence of overweight and obesity in boys (from 22.53 to 29.25% in 2021) exhibited a continuous increase year by year, and among all the physical fitness indicators the score of strength in boys and endurance quality in all individuals were the lowest in overweight and obesity groups. Students with 'fail' rate developed from northern and northeastern province to southern areas from 2019 to 2021. For grade 2019th, overweight and obesity students who also failed the test had covered nationwide and the most affected areas including northeast, east, as well as central north in senior year. The distribution of overall fitness assessments in Hubei province was in accordance with the national data, and the overall scoring growths in both class of 2021st and 2022nd were measured with a negative increase (p < 0.01). The government and related functional departments should take into consideration the student regional sources, especially in western and northeast regions of China, and school polices and physical education (PE) teachers should pay more attention to put training efforts on endurance for all adolescents and strength for boys and the group of overweight and obesity who also failed in the standard test, when designing specific interventions to promote physical health and counteract the negative effects of COVID-19 pandemic in college students.

Promoting Language and Literature in Colleges and Universities for the Development of International Chinese Language Education Professionals

In order to better promote the language and writing system in colleges and universities, the State Language Commission has established national language and writing system promotion bases in many colleges and universities, and now the bases have become the basic positions to make full use of the characteristic advantages, and to demonstrate and guide the work of the national common language and writing system. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of language and writing work in colleges and universities, the effective way of language and writing work in colleges and universities to promote the professional development of international Chinese education, and the impact of language and writing work in colleges and universities on the development of international Chinese education, with the aim that colleges and universities can better cultivate more and more excellent international Chinese education talents.

Information Integration Technology Helps the High Quality Development of Chinese International Education

Abstract As China’s position in the international arena continues to rise, and its interaction with the rest of the world increases, Chinese language international education has received widespread attention and developed rapidly. Based on information fusion technology, this paper constructs a vocabulary frequency analysis model that combines Bayesian estimation and D-S evidential reasoning, specifically used to calculate the hotness value of Chinese language international education. In the in-depth analysis of the Chinese language international education field, high-frequency words reflect the core themes in teaching and learning. At the same time, centrality indicates the degree of interconnection among the research themes. In the in-depth analysis of the Chinese international Education field, high-frequency vocabulary reflects the core teaching and learning themes, and the centrality indicates the degree of interconnection among the research themes. The frequency of Chinese as a foreign language is as high as 170 times, with centrality reaching 0.33, and these high-frequency keywords constitute the cornerstone of the development of Chinese international Education in China. When analyzing the data of the foreign students coming to China, it is found that the Number of Asian students accounted for 59.29% of the total number of 274976 students by the end of the study period. By 2022, the number of colleges and universities enrolling international students in China will increase to 831, and the Chinese global education market will reach 7.56 billion yuan in 2022, showing a saturated market status. The information fusion technology adopted in this paper not only reveals the development trend of Chinese international Education, but also provides a powerful analytical tool to promote the high-quality development of this field. The Establishment of Chinese Culture Teaching Resources by Knowledge Graph Applied to Chinese International Education

Abstract With the development of Chinese international education, the construction of Chinese culture teaching resources has become a priority. This study uses knowledge mapping technology to optimize Chinese culture teaching resources in Chinese international education and improve the usability and efficiency of teaching resources. The study adopts a top-down approach to construct a knowledge graph of Chinese culture teaching resources, covering named entity identification, relationship extraction and knowledge meta-extraction. BERT and BiLSTM techniques are used for feature extraction, text encoding, and conditional random field algorithm for knowledge meta-extraction and relationship mining. The experimental results show that the information utilization rate of intelligent retrieval of teaching resources using this knowledge graph is 82.67% and shows good adaptability in applications between different geographical regions. In addition, through comparative experiments, the proposed method in this study performs better than the traditional method in improving the utilization efficiency of teaching resources. This study proves the effectiveness and practicality of knowledge mapping in constructing Chinese culture teaching resources in Chinese international education.

Construction of Chinese Culture Teaching Resources for International Chinese Language Education Based on Knowledge Mapping

Abstract The transformative development of international Chinese language education has entered a new period, showing emerging development trends such as diversification, marketization, and digitalization. This study creates a unified classification system that links Chinese and English knowledge and complements each other based on the cross-language knowledge mapping of Chinese cultural knowledge. Additionally, a knowledge base for sharing cultural knowledge between Chinese and English is being constructed to provide strong support for information retrieval and machine translation. The data information is stored in plain text format for ontology and knowledge to make it easier to use and process teaching resources. The results show that in the teaching feedback, the average scores are all over 3, indicating that the teaching effect of the resource is positive overall, and the standard deviation values range from 0.1560 to 0.9812, indicating significant differences between different individuals. The above findings can be a valuable resource for constructing and implementing international Chinese language education network resources.

Cultural Capital and the Transnational Mobility of Asian Middle-Class Students to Germany

This paper reports the motivations of middle-class Asian students who choose German universities of applied sciences under the third wave of international student mobility. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the students’ qualitative experiences in Asian countries that influenced their preference for German universities of applied sciences and their expectations of their German degree as cultural capital. The research analyzes the family, school, peer experiences of 23 Asian students currently enrolled in a German university of applied sciences to understand their motivations for choosing this type of institution and Germany. The findings reveal that the cultural capital that influenced their choice includes differentiation strategies of middle-class students, reasonable education investment choices of Asian students, and the use of a German degree as a trump card in the labor market. The study provides implications for the development of international higher education by connecting Asian students’ aspirations for global cultural capital to a complex and atypical structure that encompasses global, national, and individual dimensions simultaneously.

Development of International Chinese Language Education in Iran: An Analysis in the Context of Iran’s Foreign Language Policy Characteristics

This paper focuses on examining the relevant policies concerning Chinese language education within Iran’s foreign language education policy framework from the perspective of its historical context. By analyzing the characteristics of Iran’s foreign language policy and the current situation of Chinese language teaching in Iran, this paper studies the future development of international Chinese language education in Iran.

Research on cultural teaching of international Chinese education in the new era

This article aims to study the cultural teaching of international Chinese education in the new era, exploring how to effectively teach Chinese language and cultivate students' cultural awareness in cross-cultural contexts. Through literature review and empirical research, this article analyzes the importance and challenges of cultural teaching, as well as effective cultural teaching strategies. The results of this study indicate that integrating cultural elements, cross-cultural communication, and practical activities can enhance students' language proficiency and cultural awareness. The research in this article has certain theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of international Chinese language education in the new era.

Addressing Issues Related to International Students' Chinese Cultural Cognition, Learning Interest and Cross-Cultural Adaptation by Developing Chinese Traditional Music Module in Higher Vocational Colleges of China

The increasing number of international students is not only conducive to promoting the international development of Chinese higher vocational education, but also brings greater challenges in terms of education of international students. According to the main problems international students encountered in Chinese higher vocational colleges, this study developed the Chinese traditional music module to enhance Chinese culture cognition, learning interest and cross-cultural adaptation of international students. Five kinds of music training were applied in developed module including listening training, dancing training, spoken word training, rhythm training, and improvisation training. Teaching content of developed module contained Chinese music from 960 to1912 in Song Dynasty, Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. The developed Chinese traditional music module was discussed in detail. Five kinds of music training combined with Chinese cultural stories behind music have improved the teaching effectiveness of module. Cultural education is of great significance for the development of international education.

Intercultural Communication Paths in Chinese International Education Based on Multiple Regression Models

Abstract In this paper, we first studied the demand for Chinese language communication, explored the mode of Chinese language communication, the process of Chinese language communication and the mode of interaction, and constructed a multivariate and three-dimensional communication path of Chinese language and culture. Then, a multiple linear regression model was established, the generalization error of the model was calculated, and the least squares method was used to find the optimal solution of the model parameters. Finally, the effect of cross-cultural communication in Chinese international education was evaluated, and the level of Chinese cultural awareness, Chinese cultural identity and Chinese cultural communication of the research participants were analyzed. The results show that the overall cultural awareness dimension of the survey respondents scored a total of 186 points, with an average score of 138.65 points, which is a medium level, indicating that Chinese intercultural communication and dissemination are more effective. This study promotes the development of international education and the in-depth development of international communication and cooperation.

Her career has included sustained engagement and leadership in international development organizations, most notably the Global Partnership for Education and UNESCO. In this piece she reflects on current challenges and opportunities for our field derived from three main autobiographical streams: her life as a scholar; within international development organizations; and her private or personal life.

Analysis of the Effective Teaching in the Classroom of International Chinese Language Education

The effectiveness of classroom teaching directly reflects the level of a teacher, it includes the teacher's knowledge level, teaching ability and the teacher's classroom management and ability of control, which are the embodiment of the teacher's comprehensive quality. Effective teaching is a kind of activity of seeking teaching benefits. The classroom teaching of international Chinese language education must be an effective classroom teaching. In order to improve the effectiveness of international Chinese language education, firstly, the teacher should do the differentiated teaching; secondly, they need to follow the subjectivity of students; thirdly, the teacher will become the leader and promoter of students; and finally, they can create a supportive learning environment between teachers and students to promote the development of international Chinese language education.

Serial multiple mediation of career adaptability and self-perceived employability in the relationship between career competencies and job search self-efficacy

PurposeThis study aims to explore the relationships between career competencies and job search self-efficacy via the serial multiple mediation effect of career adaptability and self-perceived employability within multiple theoretical frameworks.Design/methodology/approachThis study adopts a cross-sectional design to collect data at a specific point in time and employs self-report questionnaires to collect data from participants. In total, 302 students from the “management and organization department” in a vocational school of a public university completed the survey forms. To test the hypothesized model, a serial multiple mediation analysis was performed using structural equation modeling (SEM) via SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structures).FindingsThe results indicated that career competencies, career adaptability, job search self-efficacy and self-perceived employability all had significant and positive relationships. Additionally, the relationship between career competencies and job search self-efficacy was serially mediated by career adaptability and self-perceived employability as anticipated.Practical implicationsConsidering the growing importance of the subject of how universities might better prepare their graduates for the job market, the study's findings have important policy implications. University students should also be provided with career management resources, specifically adaptation resources, to help them navigate their individual characteristics and transfer more successfully into the existing job market. This is the cause of the need for constant planning, adaptation, assessment and evaluation of career competencies in current labor markets.Originality/valueThe study contributes to international career development and vocational education research by filling a gap in the literature by demonstrating that job search self-efficacy, which is a predictor of job search behavior, can be promoted by career competencies, career adaptability and self-perceived employability. These findings are particularly significant because they highlight the importance of career-related knowledge, skills and abilities in engaging university students seeking employment in a developing country with a highly competitive labor market.

Application of a Short Video Caption Generation Algorithm in International Chinese Education and Teaching

With the continuous development of speech recognition technology, automatic subtitle generation has gradually attracted people's attention. However, the level of short videos is uneven, and cultural teaching is also one-sided, irregular, and lacking systematicness. Since the media era, it is possible to apply the short video subtitle generation algorithm to international Chinese education and teaching. However, Chinese teachers should pay attention to some possible problems in self-media videos and adopt appropriate teaching strategies. This paper mainly discusses the development of international Chinese education and teaching under the new media environment, and discusses the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of international Chinese education and teaching under the new media environment, as well as the existing problems. Short video subtitle generation algorithm provides a new way for international Chinese education and teaching, enhances the vitality of education, and expands educational channels.

Understanding and Development of International Chinese Education under the Background of the New Era
